All of our homes are built in Minnesota and Wisconsin for the North Country. We offer custom designs with all the great features you will want in your new home as well as basement-ready plans. We also offer financing for a range of options including land/home packages. Also we have many pre-owned single and multi-sectional homes to choose from. You pick the site... we'll do the rest.

- All homes set in manufactured home communities include anchoring, front and rear fiberglass steps with aluminum railings, vapor barrier and aluminum skirting installed.
- We offer Land/Home packages.
- Land/Home packages come complete with your choice of setting home on pier footings, crawl space, or full basements, and financing for any portion of construction.
- Custom built garages on-site also available.
- No charges for prequalifying.
